Policies & Fees

• All rooms have a $25 per night resort fee
• Dogs up to 100 lbs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of $40 per dog, per day. We do have a 2 dog maximum per room. Additional charges may be incurred due to damage or disturbance.  Pets are not allowed in the rooms unattended. All pet waste must be cleaned up.
• Cancellation Policy (Holiday dates may differ):
• Between making the reservation and 7 days prior to arrival, it is a $35 charge
• Within 7 days of your arrival date, cancellation fee is the first night deposit (including taxes and fees)
• Within 24 hours / day of arrival, cancellation fee is the cost of the full stay
• There is no refund for any reservations that fail to show up on set arrival date or departs early during a minimum length of stay requirement.
